WHAT IS KSS?
The Kurdistan Startup Summit is an event that is organized by Meraki Ventures, a general trading and marketing company. Meraki will be organizing KSS 2023 in partnership with Korek Telecom.
Through KSS, We aim to give local startups the opportunity to learn and educate them on the challenges startups face in Kurdistan, as well as give them the proper exposure and a chance to receive investment for their businesses by competing in a friendly pitching contest in front of elite judges.
Our event will form a bridge between the local startups and international investors in hopes to create a more agile and enhanced entrepreneurial and business ecosystem in Kurdistan.

TO GIVE STARTUPS IN KURDISTAN THE EDUCATION & OPPORTUNITIES THEY NEED TO BUILD, GROW, AND SCALE THEIR BUSINESSES.

We always aim to applaud new ideas and businesses, no matter how big or small. For that matter, We are constructing a pitching contest between 6 startups that will be pitching their ideas to a group of elite judges in hopes of creating an atmosphere of competitiveness and a form of motivation so that the top 3 winners will be chosen, rewarded and supported by providing them cash funds to scale their businesses.
